Silver State Tole &
Decorative Painters!

About Us

Silver State Tole & Decorative Painters (SSTDP) was established in 1988 as a local affiliate chapter of the Society of Decorative Painters (SDP). The purpose of the chapter is to stimulate appreciation for decorative painting and to educate painters of all skill levels through workshops, seminars and friendships. Our members range in skill from beginning to advanced and work in a variety of mediums, including acrylics, gouache, oils, watercolor, and heat-set oils.

We meet the second Saturday of the month. See Programs for more information.

Goals of our Chapter

To share the benefits of belonging to SDP
To encourage a variety of techniques & mediums

To serve the growing community of painters
To contribute time and talent to help others through community service
To have fun!
